Housing Voucher Scheme

We are very pleased to currently have a contract with Fife Council, and agreements with Kingdom Housing Association and Hillcrest Housing Association for the supply of furniture through the Housing Vouchers scheme.  This means that people are given a voucher along with their new tenancy, to access furniture up to a given sum from Furniture Plus.  We then add to this as best we are able with general household items.  If you are about to enter a new council tenancy, speak to your housing officer to see if you qualify for a voucher.

If you don't qualify for a voucher but are still in need of help and have a support worker, get them to contact us to see if we can still assist you.  Alternatively, contact us direct and we'll see what we can do.  We will not see people go without but will also not just hand out furniture etc without a thought.  A financial contribution will always be requested in the main so that the customer can actually feel like they own the items being provided - even if that is just a nominal contribution.
