Our clearance service is as comprehensive as you need it to be; we can clear away furniture, curtains, flooring, white goods, odds and ends and rubbish. We can also clear out sheds, garages and any other out-buildings as part of a full clearance service.

Give our office a call on 01592 654546, and a member of our House Clearances team will arrange a date to view the property with you, get an idea of the job you need carried out then generate an obligation free quote for you to consider.

Clearance

Happy with the quote? We’ll go ahead and arrange a final date for the clearance with you. Come the day of the clearance our team will set out and get the job done for you within our agreed time frame to a high standard.

Aftercare

We will contact you after the job is complete to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the job carried out and if you have any feedback for our service as a whole.

Frequently Asked Questions

While we would prefer to have yourself or a representative available when we go to view the property, we can always come to some sort of agreement where we collect the keys and allow ourselves entry with your permission. As for the date of the clearance itself we are happy to get on with the job without you being there however we equally don’t mind if you would like to be present.

Our team will always work with you and your timescale. We can typically begin your clearance within two to three days of you accepting our quote.

Yes, upon request we can provide a full invoice which includes our full company details and tax information.

We will always do what we can to fully carry out the work that you need us to and any specific items will be discussed when we come out to view the property. There are a few limited instances where we cannot take certain items. For instance if you have a gas cooker fitted in the property we can only take that away if you have it uninstalled before we begin the job as we do not have any staff trained in removing gas appliances.
